Terms of Service
These terms apply to Muralo, the Windows desktop app and this website, made by WaeKay Labs ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, buying or using Muralo, you agree to them.
1. The software
Muralo Free can be downloaded and used without paying. Muralo Pro is an optional one-time upgrade that unlocks extra features in the same app. Muralo currently runs on Windows x64. Beta versions are unsigned previews and may contain bugs.
2. Purchases and payment
Muralo Pro costs US$4.99, paid once. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax or VAT. Dodo Payments' own terms also apply to the checkout. Prices shown may be converted to your local currency at checkout.
3. License
When you buy Pro you receive a license key by email. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Muralo Pro on up to two of your own devices active at a time. You can move the license to a new device by deactivating an old one. Your purchase includes all version 1.x Pro updates. Future major versions and optional add-ons may be sold separately.
You may not resell, share, or publish license keys, or reverse engineer, crack, or redistribute the software, except where the law allows it.
4. Your content
Notes, photos and files you add to Muralo stay on your computer. You own your content. We don't receive, upload, or store it.
5. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimer
Muralo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Please keep backups of anything important.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Muralo is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data.
8. Termination
We may revoke a license used in breach of these terms, for example a shared or leaked key. You can stop using Muralo and uninstall it at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a purchase you already made.
