Privacy Policy
WaeKay Labs makes Muralo. We collect as little as we can. This policy covers the Muralo app and muralo.art.
What stays on your device
Your boards, notes, photos, drawings and settings are saved locally on your computer by the app. On this website, anything you add to the interactive demo stays in your browser's storage and is never uploaded.
What we collect
- Purchases. If you buy Muralo Pro, Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, collects your name, email, billing country and payment details to process the order. We receive your email, order details and license key status, but never your full card number.
- License activation. When you activate Pro, the app sends your license key and a device label to Dodo Payments to validate it and count active devices. It sends no board content.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address to reply.
- Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, may keep standard server logs such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
We don't use advertising trackers on this site and we don't sell personal data.
How we use it
We use it to deliver and support your purchase, validate licenses, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and answer your questions.
Sharing
We share data only with the services that make Muralo work (Dodo Payments for checkout and licensing, Vercel for hosting), or when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and support emails for as long as we need them to help you.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing us. Uninstalling Muralo removes the app. Your local board files stay where you saved them unless you delete them.
Children
Muralo is not directed at children under 13.
