Refund & Cancellation Policy
14-day, no-questions refund
If Muralo Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Email WaekayLabs@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number from the receipt. You can also reply to the receipt email from Dodo Payments.
What happens next
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated.
After 14 days
Purchases older than 14 days are generally not refundable. If something is broken and we can't fix it, write to us anyway and we'll do our best to make it right.
Cancellation
Muralo Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again. Muralo Free never needs payment.
